CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a City Council Work Session on Tuesday, April 27, 2010, <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br />Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Deputy City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />Human Resources Manager Givonna Reed Kone <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />City Clerk Jo Thieling <br />Crime Prevention Specialist Chandra Kreyer <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Police Chief James Way <br />Police Captain Tim Dwyer <br />Management Intern Jessica Hendricks <br />IT Manager, Dean Busch <br />City Attorney Bill Goodrich <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Ramsey called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:03 p.m. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />1) Happy Days Staffing Report <br />Management Intern Hendricks reviewed staff s report. <br />Captain Dwyer reviewed the go-cart race event, expenses, revenue, and insurance. <br />Karl Jansen, Power by Karl, stated the typical entry fee was $35.00 to race including insurance. <br />He stated there was no fee to get in, but the racers needed to pay the $35.00. <br />City Council Work Session /April 27, 2010 <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
