CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a City Council Work Session on Tuesday, March 22, 2011, <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Also Present: <br />Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember Randy Backous <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jason Tossey <br />Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br />City Administrator Kurds Ulrich <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Police Chief Dean Kaplar <br />Development Manager Darren Lazan <br />Development/Marketing Manager Aaron Backman <br />Human Resources Colleen Lasher <br />Senior Planner Tim Gladhill <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Senior Accountant Denelle McAlpine <br />IT Manager Dean Busch <br />County Commissioner Matt Look <br />RevTrack Representative Bruce Flattable <br />Opus 21 Representative Mike Schute <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Ramsey called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:45 p.m. <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />1) Contract for Credit Card Services <br />Finance Director Lund reviewed the Staff report. <br />Mr. Flattable from RevTrak reviewed his presentation, which depicted how the online payment <br />system would work. The system can process any kind of fee the City wants to make available to <br />the residents, and handle other processes such as reserving a meeting room. <br />Councilmember Jeffrey questioned how the City can be assured the system is secure. <br />City Council Work Session / March 22, 2011 <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
