A1V/ENDMENT <br /> <br />The following sub;section is hereby added to Section 9.20 to read as follows: <br /> <br />9.20.26 <br /> <br />Mixed Use - Planned Unit Development (MU-PUD) District <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. Intent. The intent of the Mixed Use Planned Unit Development (MU- <br />PUD) District is to provlde a range of retail and service commercial, office, and residential uses <br />that are organizediand planned in a comprehensive manner. The MU-PUD District is created for <br />development seeking alternative development regulations that embody more traditional <br />neighborhood de4ign (TND) principles to promote a better integration of uses that might <br />typically be separated in typical suburban development. This District is appropriate for infill <br />locations that provide opportunities to connect to adjacent development patterns. At least 70 <br />percent o f the land area in the development shall be in residential use. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Permitted Uses <br /> <br />a) rOffices and banks <br />b) 'Enclosed retail activities without outdoor activities <br />c) iPersonal and professional services <br />d) rRestaurants and cafes <br />e) :Uses allowed in the R-l, R-2 and R-3 Districts <br /> <br />Subd. 3.
