PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> S~TE OF MINNESO~ <br /> <br />~he Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a special meeting on <br />Wednesday, February 19, 1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Ben Deener <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br /> <br />Also Present: City Planner Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the special Planning and Zoning meeting to order at <br />7:34 p.m. <br /> <br />~IRLIC HF~RING <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson adjourned the special meeting at 7:34 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearing: <br /> <br /> 1. Request for conditional use permit to operate automobile body shop <br /> and repair business in Industrial district; case of Charles Pearson. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the special meeting back to order at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />6PPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner De~ner and seconded by Commissioner Shtm~way to approve <br />the agenda and addendun with the following adjustment. <br /> <br /> 1. Delete Case 91, Request for conditional use permit to operate <br /> automobile body shop and repair business in Industrial district; <br /> case of Mr. Charles Pearson. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Shumway, Deemer, <br />Zimmerman, Hendriksen and Howell. Voting No: None.
