Consensus was to tentatively
reschedule the Monday, September 2 meeting to Wednesday, September 4. Mr. McDilda will be
amending the timetable accordingly and look at an alternative date for the public hearing that
was targeted for September 10.

Margaret Connolly referred to the Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision) update with respect to
landscaping requirements and Council's efforts to adopt a density transition ordinance. She
stated that Council action on these issues prior to the adoption of a tree preservation ordinance
may be premature and a duplication of efforts.

Mr. McDilda stated that he would research the status of the density transition ordinance. Ms.
Frolik stated that she thought it was tentatively scheduled to be on the July 9 Council agenda.
Mr. McDilda and Ms. Dvorak stated that they plan on attending the July 9 Council meeting.

At the next meeting, Ms. Frolik is to provide the Task Force with copies of the newly adopted
landscape requirements for residential developments.
