Norman <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Principal Planner Patrick Trudgeon <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Public Works Supervisor Grant Reimer <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the work session of the City Council to order at 7:50 p.m. <br /> <br />WORK SESSION TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) The Village of Sunfish Lake Subdivision <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak stated that she would be abstaining from the discussion. <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon stated that LTR Development has submitted a preliminary plat <br />known as Village at Sunfish Lake for the land located south of Sunwood Drive between <br />Potassium Street and 145th Lane. They had previously submitted a sketch plan that was revised <br />by the Planning Commission at their January 2, 2003 meeting. At' the January 2 Planning <br />Commission meting, the Planning Commission and neighboring residents brought up concerns <br />relating to the proposed development. Concerns raised included the proposed density of the <br />development, the location of the trails, preservation of existing trees on the site, the Tungsten <br />Street stub road connection, the narrow width of the streets, and the smaller sized lots.
