PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on Monday, March 12, <br />1984 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator LlOyd Schnelle <br />City Building Official Clayton Berg <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Sue ~an Wagner <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular Council meeting to order at 7:36 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted that the Ramsey Rainbow Campfire Girls recently celebrated <br />the birthday of Campfire Girls at the Ramsey Municipal Center and presented <br />him with a cake and a poster recognizing the birthday of Campfire Girls which <br />is being displayed in Council Chambers. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that Watershed Management will be brought up for discussion <br />during Mayor/Council Input. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Schlueter and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg and <br />Schlueter. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmembers Reimann and Van Wagner. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request For Final ~lan Approval Of Flintwood Hills Second Addition <br /> Planned Unit Development; Case Of N.D.H., Inc.: <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that final approval for the PUD cannot be granted tonight <br />because of the Environmental Assessment Worksheet in progress.
