ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY TASK FORCE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On Wednesday, February 12, 2003, the Environmental Policy Task Force met in the <br />Conference Room at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Joe McDilda <br />Vice-Chairperson Michael Max <br />Committee Member Erika Sitz <br />Committee Member Sue Dvorak <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Committee Member Margaret Connolly <br />Committee Member Seth Marshall <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Environmental Specialist Bruce Bacon <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda called the meeting to order at 6:40p <br /> <br />EPTF Business <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes Approved for 1/I 1/2003, 1/16/2003 and 2/3/2003 <br />Move to strike reference to Jim Norman on page 3, paragraph 2 and be replaced by "the <br />City" by Sue Dvorak. Seconded by Michael Max <br /> <br />In favor - all, Opposed - none. Motion carried <br /> <br />Comment by Sue Dvorak in conversation with City Administrator Jim Norman that the <br />city would consider paying for "The Tree Book" publication, which is a necessary <br />addendum to the proposed Tree Ordinance. Joe McDilda to follow-up with Council <br />Liaison, Sarah Strommen. <br /> <br />Bruce Bacon distributed flyers for the Arbor Day celebration on May 3rd, 7am - lpm. <br />Bruce asked if it was the EPTF's intent to participate. Discussion followed. <br /> <br />Motion by Joe McDilda to commit the EPTF to representation at the Arbor Day <br />Celebration. Seconded by Sue Dvorak. <br /> <br />In favor - all, Opposed - none.
