AIRPORT COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RA~MSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regularimeeting of the Ramsey Airport Commission was held on <br />Wednesday~ AUgust 15, 1984 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Jack Ippel, Chairman <br />Mr. Chuck Soderholm <br />Mr. Dick Sieber <br />Mr. Dennis Donovan <br />Mr. Don Greenberg <br /> <br />Mr. Larry Koshak of Hakanson/Anderson <br />Mr. Merland Otto of Ralph Burke Associates <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Patz <br />Mr. John Siebert <br />Mr. Bill Morrow <br /> <br />CALL TO oRDER <br />Chairman Ippel called the regular meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Bob Hellings of Babcock, Locher, Neilson and Manella was <br />presented~and stated that he is representing a property owner <br />that is potentially affected by the outcome of the GateWay <br />North Airport issue. <br /> <br />APPROVAL~.pF AGENDA <br /> <br />Commission consensus was to approve the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AIRPORT COMMISSION MEETING'MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Donovan and seconded by Chairman Ippel to <br />approve special Airport Commission meeting minutes dated June 2, <br />1984. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes; Chairman Ippel, Commissioners <br />Soderholm~ Sieber, Donovan and Greenberg, Voting No: None~ <br />Absent: commissioners Patz, Siebert and Morrow. <br /> <br />Motion by commissioner Greenberg and seconded by Chairman Ippel <br />to approve regular Airport Commission meeting minutes dated <br />July 18, 1984. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes; Chairman Ippel, Commissioners <br />Soderholm~ Sieber, Donovan and Greenberg.
