DATE:

TO:

FROM:

May 7, 1993

Park & Recreation Commission

Mark Boos, Parks/Utilities Coordinator

MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT: May Commission Meeting

The primary function of May's meeting will be filling the Commission vacancy. This
meeting will also be subsequent to Wednesday's City Council Goals meeting (5/12/93 5:30
p.m.) I will be able to provide a verbal synopsis of their meeting. Please remember that
your attendance at this "Goals Workshop" meeting is both welcomed and encouraged.

At Thursday's meeting, we might also propose an outdoor meeting schedule for the
summer months, beginning in June with River's Bend. As always, I'll do my best to
apprise you of our operational and maintenance progress to date. April's meeting minutes
should be available at the meeting.

For your information, Commissioner Gooldn will be in Germany Thursday, and will not
be in attendance.

Please let me know if you desire anything else for your meeting.

/jmt
