This <br />is an opportunity for the public to provide input on conceptual land uses proposed by <br />potential developers before formal plans are developed. The concepts under review <br />include: <br />o Indoor self -storage (mini-storage)/convenience retail development at Bunker Lake <br />& Ramsey Boulevard <br />o Eight (8) unit townhome development on 0.5 acres at Riverdale Drive and Sunfish <br />Lake Boulevard <br />o Apartment development between Rivenwick Townhomes and Village Bank north <br />of Riverdale Drive. Attached to the Weekly Update is Additional Information <br />Regarding Apartment Development <br />Planning Commission (7:00 p.m. — CC) <br />• Request for Conditional Use Permit to Exceed Maximum Sign Size at Variolite Street <br />and 161' Avenue; Case of Saint Katharine Drexel <br />• Consider Ordinance Amending City Code Chapter 10 Entitled Animals to Replace <br />Conditional Use Permit Process with Licensure Process <br />• Review Concept Plan for Indoor Self -Storage and Retail Development at 14725 Ramsey <br />Blvd NW; Case of NIK Management, Inc. <br />• Review Concept Plan for Medium Density Residential at the Northeast Intersection of <br />Riverdale Drive and Sunfish Lake Boulevard; Case of Bulow, Inc. <br />• Review Concept Plan for High Density Residential in the Rivenwick Addition South of <br />Highway 10 and North of Riverdale Drive; Case of Northridge Construction, Inc. <br />Council Update <br />AA+ Bond Rating Reaffirmed. The city recently issued $3,970,000 of General Obligation <br />Capital Improvement Plan bonds to fund the construction of Fire Station #2 and $1,235,000 of <br />General Obligation Street Reconstruction bonds to help finance the reconstruction of Garnet Street <br />and 164th Avenue. The city had a bond ratings call with Standard and Poor's (S&P) Rating Service <br />for these issues. S&P assigned an AA+ rating to both of the issues and reaffirmed the city's AA+ <br />
