Commi~rionsr Hstland asked about the cable acro~s Brookvlev Park and vhat it dtd to prevent undesirables. Commi~iorer Hetland moved to accept the rninutea, ~econded by Commissioner Johr~on and carded. The City Council meeting minutes were noted. Claudia Dodge asked if on,ns had read the minutes, particularly the minutes of octohar 21, page 4of 7, referring to River's Bend Park, el~o Case 19, page 13of21,and the statement by David Hartley. There vas al~o a $50,000 transfer of funds referred to, end same vas al~o referred to on October ! 4, ! 986. Diecuaston of the nd nurse and the transfer of funds folloved. Motion byChairmen Lichter to request the City Administrator to dray up a Statement of Change of Iqnancfal ConoqUon of fund~ from January 1, 1986 to December 31, 1986, to ahoy all entries end remove1 of funds and the reasons for same. I'1stlon ~conded by Commi~doner Hetland and carded. Motion by Commissioner Hstlend to have on record the Park Board disapproves of I'lr. Cox's conduct on the specs on Rivers Bend before dfacu~tng project ~th the Park Board and in reference to his statement referring to communications ~n the Park Board and the City Counofl. Motion ascended by Comrni~foner Rusted. Morton amended to include Hr. Cox make the move to improve communications beh,,ean the rye. Motion carded unanimously. In reference to the proposed YMCA tn Ran~ey, Claudia Dodge suggested that someone from the Park Board be on the commi~on to study the feasibility Die YMCA tn Ramsay. The Park Board requests that the City Administrator provide them ~lth an update on the YHCA poetion - is the YMCA Interested In but ldt ma in Rern~ey or is tt the City Council vho vents a YMCA t n Ramsay. The Park Board again asks the City Administrator to indicate vho is responsible for taking care of turning the lights on end offat Central Park. CASE 1: Discussion regarding veca~g on Park Commi~tor~ Tvo people are ara interested in the I~ttlon on the Perk Commission.
