The recommend- <br />ation is in two stages - an immediate and fall so field can be used this <br />summer and should be complete by next fall. The recommendation is as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) Renegotiate the lease with the school district for a 25 year period. <br /> <br />2) Obtain necessary engineering preparatory to survey and staking - <br /> cost unknown <br /> <br />3) Do the initial grading of site as soon as possible - $500 <br /> <br />4) Obtain and install the agra lime for infields as soon as possible - <br /> $1,890. <br /> <br />5) Obtain and install modified fencing about 540' as soon as possible - <br /> $1,350. <br /> <br /> <br />
