PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A special meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on Wednesday, August 4, <br />1982 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember Sue Van Wagner <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg (arrived at 8:35 P.M.) <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Lloyd Schnelle, City Administrator <br />William Goodrich, City Attorney <br />Clayton Berg, City Building Official <br />Eric Sandin, Reporter <br />Jay McLinden, County Adrministrator <br />Robert Johnson, County Attorney <br />Edward Fields, County Commissioner <br />Robert Hutchison, County Health Dept. <br />Dale Winch, Assistant County Administrator <br />Raymond Thror, Metropolitan Council <br /> <br />A special meeting of the Ramsey City Council was called to order at 8:14 P.M. <br />by Mayor Gamec. Mayor Gamec led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to approve <br />the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox, Van Wagner and <br />Reimann. Voting No: None.
