SPECIAL COUNCIL <br /> City of Ramsey <br />Anoka County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Ramsey City Council held a special <br />meeting on May 19, 1980, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilman Sorteberg <br />Councilman Reimann <br />Councilman Mickelson <br />Councilman Cox <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich <br />City Administrator Schnelle <br />City Engineer Raatikka <br /> <br />CITIZENS INPUT <br /> <br />No comments or input. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />City Attorney~ Goodrich requested his City Attorney Report be added as #18. <br />Mayor Gamec noted that the Council received the petitions and ordering of <br />projects to go under "Street Improvement Feasibility Studies". <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to approve <br />the Agenda with the additions. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, Mickelson <br />and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann said he would like to have a discussion on the letter to <br />Mr. J. Newbolt regarding his two driveways. He said he would like to know how <br />the city is enforcing th%s and the history behind it. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec directed. City Administrator Schnelle to have Building Official <br />Berg write a report on this matter for the Council. <br /> <br />COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Petition Received for Street Improvement on Hagen's Unplatted Addition <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said there is quite a bit of information regarding the past <br />hearing and the hearing tonight. At the public hearing on April 8th, the <br />project was turned down. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann to adopt Resolution 80-32 Ordering Improvement <br />and Preparation of Plans, Street Improvement on Hagen's Unplatted Addition. <br />Motion seconded by Councilman Mickelson and carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, <br />Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None.
