Regular Meeting <br />April 25, 1977 <br /> <br />PROCEEDINGS OF TFE CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A Regular Meeting of the Ramsey City Council was called to order on Monday, <br />April 25, 1977, at Ramsey Elementary School, 15000 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor C ox <br />Councilman G orham <br />Councilman Mickels on <br />Councilman Muller <br />Councilman Reimann <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Administrative Asst. Nereson <br />Attorney Goodrich <br />Engineer Raatikka <br />Deputy Clerk Peddycoart <br /> <br />Mayor Cox called the meeting to order at 7~38 p.m. <br />Mayor Cox led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA~ <br /> <br />Mayor Cox read the agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION by Gotham, seconded by Reimann to approve the Agenda for April 25, 1977, <br />with the following additions -- Donation of Flag to park by 4-H Club under <br />New Business aX Item Gt City of Ramsey Tree Sale ~nder New Business as H l <br />Industry Boulevard agreement signing under New Business as I. 5 Ayes <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT t <br /> <br />Mayor Cox asked for citizen response and there was none. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES~ <br /> <br />April 11t 1~77, Regular Meeting <br /> <br />MOTION by Mickelson, seconded by Muller, to accept the minutes with the following <br />additions -- Page 4, Mr. Greenburg agreed to elevate the new industrial road from <br />the county for future plans. <br /> 4 Ayes <br /> G orham Abstained <br /> <br />LETTERS & COM~N3NICATIONS <br /> <br />Mr. Vidrine from the Anoka County Soil and Water Conservation on Wetlands was <br />present and presented an inventory of City of Ramsey's wetlands. <br /> <br />He explained that wetlands are generally low lying areas that have standing <br />water at some time or another. Areas have been identified even if they are not <br />wet year around. <br /> <br /> <br />
