Regular Meeting 6/27/77 <br /> <br />PROCEEDINGS OF TH~E CITY COUNCII. <br /> CITY OF P~¥SEY <br /> COUNTY_ OF ANOKA <br /> STATE OF MINneSOTA <br /> <br />A Regular Fieeting of the Ramsey City Council was called to order on Monday, <br />June 27, 1977, at Ramsey Elementary School, 15000 Nowthen Boulevard, N.W., <br />Ramsey, MN 55303. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cox <br />Councilman Mickels on <br />Councilman Muller <br />Councilman Reimann <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Attorney Goodrieh <br />Engineer Raatikka <br /> <br />Absent: Administration Assistant Nereson <br /> <br />I~ayor Cox called the meeting to order at 7:45 P.M. <br />Mayor Cox led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Eayor Cox read the agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION by Reimann, seconded by Mickelson to approve the agenda for June 27, 1977, <br />as read. 4 Ayes <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mayor Cox asked for citizen response and there was none. <br /> <br />A-PPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />May 2~ 1977, Regular Meeting <br /> <br />MOTION by Mickelson, seconded by Reimann, to approve the minutes of the Regular <br />Meeting of May 23, 1977, as mailed out. 3 Ayes <br /> Muller Abstained <br />June 9~. 1977, Special I~eeting <br /> <br />MOTION by Reimann, seconded by Muller to accept the minutes of June 9, 1977, <br />Special ~eeting, as mailed out. 4 Ayes <br /> <br />LETTERS AND CO~UNICATIONS <br /> <br />Mayor Cox read a letter from Stan Ports indicating that he is resigning as the <br />Community School Director. <br /> <br />Mayor Cox read a letter from Congressman Oberstar . His letter discussed a bill to <br />amend, the Development Act of 1972 to make grants to rural communities for water <br />facilities. <br /> <br /> <br />
