Present: Yayor Cox Councilman Oamee Councilman ?.,~ickelson Councilman ~,'uller Couneilman Reimann Also Present: Adm. Asst. ~ereson Attorney Goodrich Engineer Raatikka ]~'ayor Cox called the meeting to order at"7:~O P.M. ~ayor Co× ].ed the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. APPROVAI~ OF AGE~q~A ~'ayor Cox read the Agenda. ~,~OTIO~' by ~{ickelson, seconded by Reimann, to accept the Agenda as read, with the following changes: To read letters and communications after taking care of the new business~ Add Item 6 under new business , contract for new city' hall furni- ture; Item 4 under old business to include Titterud Park Acquisition; Item 5 under old business to talk about the Odegaard dog business. 5 Ayes B PPROVAL OF MI~UTE$ Ju].~ 25~ 1777, Regular Meeting I<OTION by Reimann, Seconded by Nickelson to approve the minutes of July 25, 1977 as read with the following changes: note that the minutes from the previous ~eetin~ were approved$ reverse the nam. es on the first Motion to read, Motion by Reimann, seconded by }~ickelson$ change the date of the meeting from July 27 to July 25 in the first paragraph. 4 Ayes Cox Abstained August 15, 1977, Special I~eeting l,~iOTIO~! by Gameo, seconded by Mickelson, to approve the minutes of the August 15, 1977, Special pieeting as read. 5 Ayes CITIZEN INPUT ~'~ayor Cox asked for citizen response and there was none.
