Nereson Att orney G oodrich ~ayor Cox called the meeting to order at 11:22 P.M'. APPROVAl. OF AGENDA MC~]ON by Mickelson, seconded by Reimann, to approve the Agenda as read with the following changes: Add 154, th and. Zirconiom Traffic Control to Old Busi- ness, and add Bills for Approval to the Agenda. 5 Ayes CITIZEN Ii~/PUT I'fayor Cox asked for citizen response and there was none. A BPdf)VAL O?~ MI~UOTES ~eptember 12, 1977 - Regu/ar ~,!'eeting MOTION by Reimann, seconded by Muller to approve the minutes of the Septer~ber 12 Regular Meeting with the following changes: Page two, Park Commission Appointment, should include that because Councilman Gamec was not able to get in touch with Frs. Ervine the motion was tabled. Pags four, bottom of thepage, should] note that Fr. Nereson would %~ite a letter to Joe Perrin of the Anoka County Union notifyin~ him that no reporter has been at the Council meetings. lETTERS A ND CO~?JI~!ICATIONS l(r. Nereson read a letter from Elvena and Lenora Steffenson of ~noka expressing their objection to having lO acre lots in Ramsey and they are asking that this objection be forwarded to the Planning Commission. ~,'r. Nereson read a letter from Larry Retzlaff, Planning and Zoning Chai~nan in Andover requesting that Mayor Cox attend an information meeting to be held September 27, 1977 at 8:~0 P.M. at Andover City Hall in reference to the ~um River Crossing. ]~ayor Cox indicated that he would attend.
