Regular Meeting February 13, 1978 PROCEEDINGS OF TPE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF RAMSEY COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA A Regular Meeting of the Ramsey City Council was called to order on Monday, February 13, 1978, at Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard, Ramsey, MN 55303. Present: Mayor Cox Councilman Gamec Councilman Mickels on Councilman Reimann Also Present: Adm. Asst. Nereson Absent: Councilman Muller Mayor Cox called the meeting to order at 7:40 P.M. Mayor Cox led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Mayor Cox read the Agenda. MOTION by Reimann, seconded by Mickelson to approve the Agenda of February 13, 1978, as read with the following changes: Add Item 8 under Old Business, Jerry Melberg Temporary Mobile Home Permit. Ayes CITIZEN INPUT Mayor Cox called for citizen response and there was none. APPROVAL OF MINUTES .J. an. uar~ 23, 1978 - Regular Meeting MOTION by Mickelson, seconded by Reimann to approve the minutes of January 23, 1978, as mailed with the following changes: Page Two, Paragraph Five, change spelling of name Robert Eland to Elin; Under Old Business on Page Two regarding the paragraph on MeGregor's On-Sale License, change final period to a comma and add "if it was felt adviseable"; Page Six, Paragraph One, change State Air Street to State Ai.d Street. C, ,OMMUNICATIONS Mr. Nereson read a letter from Governer Perpich telling of the March 8th annual meeting to discuss the State's preparadness program in the event of severe storms and natural disasters to be held in Arden Hills and asked that the information be shared with the Civil Defense Director.
