COUNCIL 3~£7/78 PROCEEDI}~S OF THE CITY OOUNCIL CITY OF RAMSEY COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA A Regular at Ramsey Mayor Cox Mayor Cox Meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on March 27, 1978, Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, NN 55303 Mayor Cox Councilman Oamec Councilman Mickels on Councilman Muller Councilman Reimann Also Present: Adm. Asst. Nereson Attorney Goodrich Engineer Raatikka called the meeting tc order at 7:37 P.M. led the Pledge of Allegiance.~to the Flag. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Mayor Cox read the Agenda. MOTION by Mickelson, seconded by Reimann to accept the Agenda of March 27, 1978, with the following change: Under old business, change Item 3, Pine- view Preliminary Plat to Item ~1, and move all others down one. 5 Ayes CITIZEN INPUT: Mayor Cox called for citizen response and there was none. APPROVAL OF MINUTES, March 1~, 1978 - Regular Meeting NOTION by Muller, seconded by Reimann, to approve the minutes of March 13, 1978 as mailed with the following correction: Change the word "action,, mayor to "acting" mayor on Page 1. 3 Ayes Mayor Cox abstained Councilman Mickelson abstained LETTERS AND COMMUNICATIONS: Mr. Nereson referred to a pamphlet from the Anoka Technical Institute announcing its tenth anniversary and open house to be held on April 2 from noon until 4,00 and includes a tour ef the building. Mr. Nereson read a letter from Mrs. Mu~iel Humphrey regarding Ramsey's interest in fire equipment for a possible Ramsey Fire Department and sent a letter from the General Services Administration and some additional information regarding acquisition of Federal and State surplus properties.
