Council Meeting 5/22/75 -1 PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF RAMSEY COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA A regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on May 22, 1978 at Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard, N.W., Ramsey, MN 5~303. Present: Mayor Cox Councilman Gamec Councilman Mickelson Councilman Muller Councilman Reimann Also Present: Deputy Clerk Peddycoart Building Official Berg Engineer Dick Sha Mayor Cox called the regular meeting to order at 8:00 P.M. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Agenda Approval Motion by Reimann, seconded by Cox to accept the Agenda of 5/22/78 an--~an to adjourn the meeting by 11:00 P.M. 5 Aye Citizen. Input Mr. Bob Boone said he hopes to seek endorsement as Republican House Candidate to represent District 19A. Mr. Boone announced a meeting to be held in this regard on May 23, 1978, at North Branch Middle School. No further comments were made from the audience. Minute Approval Ulmn.Mickelson made a correction on Page 5, 3rd paragraph, 2nd sentence in minutes of April 24, 1978. Correct to read - He asked Mr. Gfroerer if he wrote the letter and if he would swear to it in court. Also correct the fourth sentenc~ to read - He said he is filing a suit against, the City and with Mayor Cox and Councilman Reimann if they do not resign their positions. Motion by Gamec, seconded by Mickelson to accept the minutes of the April 24, 1978 meeting as corrected. 5 Aye May 8, 1978 minutes. Councilman Gamec noted a correction to be made on Page & - Motion regarding Personnel Committee should be noted that "Gamec voted Aye ". Page 3, Item 3, last sentence, should read - Phil Nereson told them this was more than we felt should be paid but we were locked into this and there is nothing we can do about it but some adjustment should be made when they request payment for the other change order. Page 3, regarding Tom Holker subdivison request, second motion, should read- twenty acres into a seven acre lot and into one 13 acre lot because of long driveway ---. Page 4, Item 5, Motion made and seconded regarding relocation of landfill pond should read - Discussion held and motion and second withdrawn. Item tabled until next Council meeting.
