MAKE THE SCENE, KEEP RAMSEY CLEAN <br /> <br /> Committee Meeting Minutes <br /> <br /> March 6, 1989 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Terry Miller. <br /> <br />Members present: <br /> <br />Claudia Dodge, Larry Anderson, Steve Bluhm, Dale Henderson, Terry <br />Miller, Sharon Dahlgren, Jim Yelle, Gary Hoffard, Kathi Peterson, <br />Bruce Bacon, Dave Bawden, Jim Gromberg. <br /> <br />The minutes of the February 13, 1989 meeting were approved. <br /> <br />A motion to re-appoint the current officers for 1989 was approved. <br /> <br />Clean-up month update: Jim Gromberg will coordinate pick-ups. A lift-gate truck <br />will be used with the following individuals or groups in charge of various week-ends. <br /> <br />April 1st - Jaycees: Larry Anderson, Gary Hoffard <br />April 8th - Dave Hartley <br />April 15th - Terry Miller <br />April 22nd - Lions: Dave Bawden <br /> <br />Plans will be formulated for Ramsey Clean-Up Day which will be May 6th. <br /> <br />The budget submitted to City Council was approved. <br /> <br />Future plans were discussed for KAB. Dave Bawden and Glen Hardin will look into our <br />becoming a non-profit organization. The Landfill Commission will be abolished as such <br />and become a standing sub-committee of the KAB Committee known as the Solid Waste Sub- <br />Committee. All current Landfill Commission members will be asked to continue serving <br />on the new sub-committee. <br />Bruce Bacon brought up Arbor Day which is April 30, 1989. A sub-committee was formed <br />of the following: Bruce Bacon, Kathi Peterson, Claudia Dodge, and Dave Bawden. <br /> <br />Sub-committee meetings were set.
