(Please <br /> refer to enclosure A-1.) <br /> <br />D-2 COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />CASE #1: EXECUTING LOCAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION PAPERS: <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich will be present to discuss any legal matters <br />on this issue. Enclosure (D2-a) contains an excerpt of Council <br />minutes dated July 27, 1982 regarding the Local Development Corpora- <br />tion. <br /> <br />Your action would be to execute the doCuments as prescribed by the <br />City Attorney and approved by Council. <br /> <br />CASE i#2: SUBCOML~ITTEE REPORTS: <br /> <br />The subcommittee chairmans of the Legislative, Economic and Finance <br />Subcommittees will report on their activiites this past month. If <br />any action is needed on any program that a committee is involved in, <br />it should be taken at this time. <br /> <br />CASE #3: CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br /> <br />The following is hereby submitted under this case: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Landfill - On August 4, 1982, the City Council met at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center with the following County and Metro <br />Council officials: <br /> <br />~. Edward Fields, County Commissioner <br />Mr. Robert Johnson, County Attorney <br />Mr. Jay McLinden, County Administrator <br />Mr. Robert Hutchison, Director of Environmental Services <br />Mr. Ray Thron, Metropolitan Council <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-b) contains the agenda for this meeting. The <br />Metropolitan Council official, Mr. Thron was not actually <br />able to answer our questions that were contained in the agenda <br /> <br /> <br />
