FINANCE COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Thc Ramsey Finance Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, September 28, 2004, <br />at the Ramscy Fire Station Number I, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Chairperson David Elvig <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Todd Cook <br />Councilmember Patti Kurak <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Assistant Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Assistant Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Bob Brown, Dave Martini, and John Peterson of Bolton & Me~ <br /> <br />CALl, TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Elvig called the regular meeting of the Finance Committee to order at 6:00 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Ainendment of the 2004 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund advised staff recommends amending the 2004 schedule of rates, fees and <br />charges back to the 2004 beginning of the year rates, with any new rates being scheduled for <br />January 1, 2005. With the last amendment, the water rate had been amended to $1,577 from <br />$2,325. The sewer rates had been amended to $897 from $1,800.
