PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission conducted a regular meeting on <br />Thursday, October 20, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Member Present: <br /> <br />Mr. John Lichter, Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Don Lokker <br />Ms. Jill Prell <br />Mr. Janice Johnson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Elvin Erickson, Building Official <br />Merl Mevissen, Public Work Superintendent <br />Mark Boos, Public Works <br />Merland Otto / Hakanson Anderson Associates <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Ron Hetland <br />Ms. William Rusted' <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Lichter called the regular Park and Recreation Commission meeting to <br />order at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The consensus of the Commission was to approve the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Prell and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to approve <br />the Park and Recreation Commission regular meeting minutes dated September 15, <br />1988. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Lichter, Commissioners Shumway, L okker, <br />Johnson and Prell. Voting No: None.
