• Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 01-01-023 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A GRADING PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # 0545 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO GRADE AND EXPORT SOILS WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 01 -01 -022 adopting Findings of Fact #0545 for this use and herein approves the Grading Permit subject to the following conditions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On January 23, 2001, a Grading Permit ( "Permit ") was issued by the City of Ramsey ( "City ") to North Fork, Inc.
