Board Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION//05-01-001 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT//0712 RELATING TO A REQUEST <br />FOR A VARIANCE TO IMPERVIOUS !SURFACE RESTRICTIONS ESTABLISHED IN <br />THE WILD AND SCENIC RIVER OVERLAY DISTRICT. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Felco Properties and Riverside Companies, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicants," have properly applied for a Variance to impervious surface restrictions established <br />in the Wild and Scenic River Overlay District :for the proposed development on the property <br />generally located east of State Highway/t47, west of Xkimo Street, and south of 143rd Avenue, <br />and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Outlot A, River's Bend 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />Outlot B, River's Bend 3rd Addition, AnOka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Board of Adjustment conducteda public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the <br /> Ramsey City Code on January 6, 2005, ,and that said public hearing was properly advertised, <br /> and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated as a part of these findings <br /> by reference. <br /> <br />2. That the Subject Property is zoned B-1 Business and is approximately 1.45 acres in size. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the Subject Property is located within the Wild and Scenic River Overlay District and <br />subject to additional impervious surface: restrictions that do not apply to other properties <br />zoned B-1 Business. <br /> <br />That Section 9.23 Wild and SCenic River Of. Ramsey City Code restricts impervious surface <br />coverage to 30%, which includes building and pavement area. <br /> <br />5. That surrounding properties to the east ;are Zoned residential and to the north and south are <br /> zoned commercial. <br /> <br />6. That the applicant applied for a minor subdivision to plat the Subject Property into one <br /> buildable lot and one outlot. <br /> <br /> <br />
