ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Economic Development Authority (EDA) conducted a regular meeting on September 9, <br />2002, at Ramsey City Hall, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Susan Anderson <br />Chris Riley <br />John LeToumeau <br />Jim Steffen <br />Keith Kiefer <br />Gerry Zimmerman <br />Jim Gromberg <br /> <br />Members Absent: None <br /> <br /> Also Present: Jim Norman, City Administrator <br /> Sean Sullivan, Economic Development / TIF Specialist <br /> Megan Wald, Associate Planner <br /> <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Chairperson Riley called the regular Economic Development Authority meeting to order at 7:07p.m. <br /> APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br /> Motion by Member Gromberg, seconded by Member Letoumeau, to approve the agenda. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Riley, Members, Anderson, Zimmerman, LeToumeau, Steffen, <br /> Gromberg and Kiefer. Voting No: None. Absent: None <br /> <br /> APPROVE MINUTES: <br /> <br /> Motion by member LeTourneau, seconded by Member Gromber, to approve EDA minutes dated July 22, 2002. <br /> EDA BUSINESS <br /> <br /> Case #1 Housing Committee <br /> <br /> The EDA reviewed the list of residents who are interested in serving on the Housing Committee. The EDA <br />{l~iscussed the need to determine a mission statement for the Housing Committee before they initiate the Housing <br /> ommittee. The Commission directed Staff to research how many committee members typically serve on a <br /> Housing Committee or HRA in surrounding cities. <br /> <br /> <br />
