PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Public Works Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 15, 2005 <br />at the Ramsey Fire Station Number I, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson Todd Cook <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br />Mayor Gamec (Alternate) <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Chairperson David Elvig <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Assistant Director of Public Works Brian Olson <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Street Supervisor Grant Reimer <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson Cook called the regular meeting of the Public Works Committee to order at <br />5:40 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Olson, seconded by Mayor Gamec, to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Cook, Councilmember Olson and Mayor <br />Gamec. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Elvig. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Receive Feasibility Study for St. Francis Blvd Frontage Road Improvement <br />Project 05-24 <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski explained during the summer of 2004 the City received a petition signed <br />by all three residents fronting on the frontage road along TH 47 requesting the paving of the <br />frontage road along TH 47 south of 160th Lane. The City Council directed that a feasibility study <br /> <br />Public Works Committee/March 15, 2005 <br /> Page 1 of 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
