Tune in for Mayor Kuzma's 2021 State of the City Address on Tuesday, March 9, at 7:00 pm. In his presentation, Mayor Kuzma will provide a review of City operations, updates and achievements from 2020, as well as a look ahead at what the City of Ramsey is working on in 2021. Anoka County License Center. The City of Ramsey has a contract with Anoka County to rent space at City Hall for licensing services. The Anoka County License Center in Ramsey is closed until further notice due to staffing shortages related to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, City Hall remains staffed and open for City business. City Council Photos. Councilmembers will have their photos taken Tuesday, March 9, from 4:00 to 5:30 pm in the Lake Itasca Room. Photos will be used to update the City website along with other digital and print media.
