Norman <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Assistant City Administrator Kim Moore-Sykes <br />Sergeant Tim Dwyer <br />Sergeant Jim Way <br /> <br />2001, at the <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the work session of the City Council to order at 5:44 p.m. <br /> <br />WORK SESSION TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) 2002 General Fund Budget <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund reviewed the <br />equipment certificates. <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />substantially. <br /> <br />general levy amounts and the amounts of the capital <br /> <br />stated that she had noted that the DARE budget had been cut <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund replied that the DARE program and the Juvenile Officer are no longer a <br />part of the school because it was cut by Anoka County. <br /> <br />Sergeant Way stated that the County discontinued the DARE program so they are going to use <br />whatever funds are available to start their own program. <br /> <br /> City Council/August 2'8, 2001 <br /> Page 1 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
