FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Fire Department conducted the monthly officers meeting on Sunday, November 3, <br />2002 at Ramsey Fire Station #2, 15050 Armstrong Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />OFFICERS PRESENT: <br /> <br />Chief Kapler <br />Assistant Chief Hoxter <br />Assistant Chief Simpson <br />Officer Lemm <br />Officer Streich <br />Officer Weiss <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chief Kapler called the officers meeting of the Ramsey Fire Department to order at 6:05 p.m, <br /> <br />Duty officer for November is Officer Lemm and December, Officer Lewandowski. <br />! ~emm will be the duty officer for opening hunting weekend. <br /> <br />The next officers meeting will be Sunday, December 15, 2002 at 6:00 p.m., off site. <br /> <br />SAFETY CONCERNS <br /> <br />Officer <br /> <br />The water/ice rescue supplies are located in the rescue trucks behind the passenger seat. <br />Rope bags are needed. <br /> <br />· Make sure your SCBA bottle is full before going into a building. <br />· Winter driving conditions need to be practiced. <br /> <br />· Officers should remain open and listen to firefighters' ideas. <br />STATION CLEAN UP <br /> <br />Firefighter Litke's team has station clean up this month. <br /> <br />Officers discussed going through the stations and vehicles more thoroughly on major <br />maintenance nights and do away with station clean up each month beginning in January. <br />This will be discussed at the business meeting. <br /> <br />PATCH <br /> <br />· Thc patch will be here by Friday, November 10, 2002. <br /> <br /> <br />
