FINANCE COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Finance Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday July 24, 2001, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Susan E. Anderson <br />Councilmember Patti Kurak <br />Councilmember Terry Hendricksen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Finance Officer Diana Lurid <br />Assistant City Administrator Kim Moore-Sykes <br />Human Resources Manager Rhonda Heryla <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Hendriksen called the regular meeting of the Finance Committee to order at 6:05 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund noted that Case #6. Tax Increment Inter-Fund Loans was added to the <br />agenda. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Approve Year 2001 Park and Recreation Commission Capital Improvement <br />Program and Work Plan <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos stated that in December 2000, the City Council approved the <br />following years budget which included the year 2001, Parks Capital Improvement Program. As <br />is customary, the Park and Recreation Commission has reviewed the projects and was now <br />recommending City Council authorization for staff to complete the projects.
