Voting <br />No: None. <br /> <br />(~OMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />(iasc #1: Residential Curbside Recycling Contract <br /> <br />t.inancc ()fticer Lund advised the City has been using ACE Solid Waste for recycling service <br />since 2002, and thc three year contract is coming to an end. The City is looking at renewing the <br />contract with ACE Solid Waste. ACE is located in the City of Ramsey, they have provided good <br />scFvicc, and they have kept the rates very competitive. It is staff's recommendation that the City <br />continue comracting recycling service from ACE Solid Waste, Inc. <br /> <br />Motion by Member Elvig, seconded by Member Olson, to recommend to the City Council to <br />direct staFF to initiate negotiations with ACE Solid Waste for a new curbside recycling contract. <br /> <br />Finance Committee / September 13, 2005 <br /> Page 1 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
