FINANCE COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Finance Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday July 25, 2000, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Margaret Connolly <br />Councilmember Terry Hendricksen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Susan E. Anderson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Finance Officer Diana Lurid <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Assistant City Administrator Kim Moore-Sykes <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Finance Committee to order at 5:40 p.m? <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Approve County Road #116 Trail Construction <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos stated that as part of the Mallard Ponds town home project, the <br />Developer is required to construct an 8' bituminous trail south along Dysprosium Street NW then <br />easterly to the plat's limits. This approximate 1,117-foot segment will be credited against the <br />$28,200 in trail fees due. As the development agreement indicates, the developer is also <br />cooperating in continuing this trail construction further to the intersection of T.H. #47. The <br />project may be entirely funded by Mallard Ponds trail fees.
