Last chance to Recycle Cardboard Boxes at Ramsey Public Works. There's still one week to recycle that extra cardboard that may have piled up over the holidays. Dumpsters are available at the old Public works campus - 14100 Jaspar Street NW, through Friday, January 20, for residents to recycle cardboard at no additional cost. Please break down and flatten all boxes to help conserve space in the dumpsters. These dumpsters are for cardboard and other recyclable paper only. Recycle Holiday Lights. The Ramsey Municipal Center serves as a drop-off location for recycling holiday lights. Whether strands of holiday lights work or not, they can be dropped off at the Ramsey Municipal Center (7550 Sunwood Drive NW) during regular business hours (Monday — Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm) through the end of January. All light strands will be recycled, and residents will not be charged for this service. Please remember that while strands of holiday lights are recyclable, they cannot be placed in your curbside recycling cart. Before dropping them off, please remove light strands from any plastic framing/shapes.
