He reported sewer and water are now installed at the Mobile Home Park, and the
City has received a release from the lawsuit. One of the settlement options that had been discussed was
for the City to purchase the Mobile Home Park. Staff has substantially explored this option.

City Administrator Norman indicated staff has received finance reports on various acquisitions along
Highway #10, which show that the City would not be able to even make interest payments in bonding
for projects.

City Attorney Goodrich indicated staff had requested due diligence material from the Mobile Home
Park, which the Park has submitted in an envelope. Staff has determined if the City will not be
purchasing the Mobile Home Park the envelope should be returned unopened.
