BOARD OF ADJUSTHENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />sTATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, <br />September 22, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />}{embers Present: Mr. Roy Shumway, Chairman Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br /> Mr. Jim Holm <br /> Mr. Michael Terry <br /> <br />Building official Elvin Erickson <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zi~e~-man <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Shumway called the regular Board of Adjustment meeting to order at <br />7:33 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Terry to approve <br />the agenda as submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Shumway, Commissioners LaDue, <br />Hendriksen, Holm and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners <br />Zimmerman and Howell. <br /> <br />P BLIC HEARINGS <br />Chairman Shumway adjourned the regular meeting at 7:34 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearings: <br /> <br />1. Request for variance from Section 170.076 of the Ramsey City Code to <br /> encroach on the Trott Brook setback; case of Mr. James Sorteberg. <br /> <br />2. Request for variance from Section 170.016A of the Ramsey City Code to <br /> encroach on the required front yard setback; case of Mr. Paul Bertils. <br /> <br /> 3.
