PERSONNEL COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Personnel Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, June 23, 2009, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Also Present: <br />Chairperson John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Human Resources Manager Givonna Reed Kone <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Dehen called the regular meeting of the Personnel Committee to order at 5:08 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember McGlone, to approve the <br />agenda as submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Dehen, Councilmembers Jeffrey and McGlone. <br />Voting No: None. <br />COMMITTEE INPUT <br />Councilmember McGlone stated that he had called City Administrator Ulrich earlier today <br />regarding the staff meeting that was held yesterday. He stated that he found out that staff got <br />some information before the Committee received it. <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated that this is not a done deal, nor was it presented as a done deal, <br />but simply a recommendation to the Council. <br />Chair Dehen stated that he still would like to discuss disciplinary protocol and what the Council <br />can and cannot know at a future Personnel Committee meeting. <br />Personnel Committee / June 23, 2009 <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
