The Personnel Committee <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />Members Present: <br />Also Present: <br />PERSONNEL COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, July 28, 2009, at the <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Chairperson John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Human Resources Manager Givonna Reed Kone' <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Parks Supervisor Mark Riverblood <br />Police Chief James Way <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Dehen called the regular meeting of the Personnel Committee to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Chairperson Dehen asked that Case #2 be considered before Case #1. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffery, seconded by Chairperson Dehen, to approve the agenda as <br />amended. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Dehen, Councilmembers Jeffrey and McGlone. <br />Voting No: None. <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br />Case #2: <br />Consider a Resolution Accepting the Resignation of a Planning Commission <br />Member <br />Human Resources Manager Reed Kone' reviewed the staff report. <br />Motion by Councilmember McGlone, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to accept the <br />resignation from a member of the Planning Commission. <br />Personnel Committee / July 28, 2009 <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />
