PERSONNEL COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Personnel Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 24, 2009, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Chairperson John Dehen <br />Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Absent: Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Also Present: Human Resources Manager Givonna Reed Kone' <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Deputy City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Dehen called the regular meeting of the Personnel Committee to order at 5:02 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Councilmember McGlone, to approve the agenda as <br />submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Dehen, Mayor Ramsey and Councilmember <br />McGlone. Voting No: None. <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Consider a Resolution Accepting the Resignation of a Park and Recreation <br />Commission Member <br />Human Resources Manager Reed Kone' reviewed the staff report. <br />Chairperson Dehen asked if it was policy to appoint someone to a Commission that extended <br />beyond the term. <br />Personnel Committee / November 24, 2009 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
