PERSONNEL COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Personnel Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, June 8, 2010, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Also Present: <br />Chairperson John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Human Resources Technician Colleen Lasher <br />Deputy City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />Police Chief James Way <br />Yvonne Johnson, Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Dehen called the regular meeting of the Personnel Committee to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Chairperson Dehen, to approve the agenda as <br />submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Dehen, Councilmembers Jeffrey and McGlone. <br />Voting No: None. <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Consider Appointment of Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. as Agent/Broker of <br />Record for Health and Dental Insurance Programs and COBRA <br />Administration and Terminate Agent of Record Relationship with CBIZ <br />Deputy City Administrator Nelson reviewed the staff report and the RFP process. <br />The Committee discussed the RFP process. <br />Chairperson Dehen stated he wanted to see the rankings and what criteria were being decided <br />before the Committee proceeded forward. <br />Personnel Committee / June 8, 2010 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
