PERSONNEL COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Personnel Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Also Present: <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jason Tossey <br />Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Human Resources Representative Colleen Lasher <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Deputy City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />City Attorney Bill Goodrich <br />Assistant City Engineer Tim Himmer <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Chairperson McGlone called the regular meeting of the Personnel Committee to order at 5:30 <br />p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Chairperson McGlone, to approve the agenda as <br />submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McGlone, Mayor Ramsey and Councilmember <br />Tossey. Voting No: None. <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Consider a Resolution to End the Probationary Period of the Economic <br />Development and Marketing Manager <br />Human Resources Representative Colleen Lasher reviewed the staff report. <br />Mayor Ramsey inquired if the City has been known to extend a probation, or whether it is <br />allowed to. <br />Personnel Committee / April 12, 2011 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
