The Personnel Committee <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />Members Present: <br />Also Present: <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />PERSONNEL COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, August 9, 2011, at the <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Chairperson Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jason Tossey <br />Councilmember Bob Ramsey <br />Human Resources Representative Colleen Lasher <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Deputy City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Chairperson McGlone called the regular meeting of the Personnel Committee to order at 5:30 <br />p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Tossey seconded by Councilmember Ramsey, to approve the agenda <br />as submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McGlone, Councilmembers Tossey and Ramsey. <br />Voting No: None. <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Consider a Resolution Ending the Probationary Period of the Senior Planner <br />and Assigning a New Interim Supervisor to the Planning Division. <br />Human Resources Representative Colleen Lasher reviewed the staff report. <br />Chaiperson McGlone noted Mr. Gladhill was informed there would be a pay raise after the <br />probationary period. <br />Human Resources Representative Lasher explained it is anticipated that there may be change in <br />financial status after the interim supervisory assignment is successfully completed and Mr. <br />Personnel Committee / August 9, 2011 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
