ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BOARD <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On Monday, March 6, 2006, the Environmental Policy Board (EPB) met in the Conference <br />Room at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson Joe McDilda <br />Board Member Bob Bentz <br />Board Member John Freeburg <br />Board Member Michael Max <br />Board Member Jon Olds <br />Board Member Bob Sibilski <br />Board Member Ron Hustvedt (arrived at 7:35 pm) <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Zoning & Recycling Coordinator Chris Anderson <br />Environmental Specialist Bruce Bacon <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Max and seconded by Board Member Olds to approve the agenda as <br />submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson McDilda, Board Members Bentz, Freeburg, Max, Olds <br />and Sibilski. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Member Hustvedt. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Board Member Bentz noted in the minutes that Board Member Olds stated wetlands have been <br />losing ground at the last meeting. He asked if the EPB would want to look at a cyclical review. <br /> <br />Board Member Max stated this issue could be rendered moot, given an impending Supreme <br />Court decision regarding a couple of developers in Michigan who took 20 acres in a farm field <br /> <br />Environmental Policy Board/Mamh 6, 2006 <br /> Page 1 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
