ORDINANCE #01-11 <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.11.02 "ACCESSORY USES" OF CHAPTER <br />9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1. REPEAL <br /> <br />Section 9.11.02 (Accessory Uses), Subdivision 12 (Size Restrictions and Performance Standards <br />For Accessory Buildings) shall be amended to repeal the following text: <br /> <br />"...but shall not exceed 1,000 square feet or 30% of the main floor area of the principal <br />structure (dwelling), whichever is greater. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #01-11 has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #01-11 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning <br />and Subdivision of Land) to eliminate the 1,000 square foot size restriction on attached garages. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
