ORDINANCE #89-15 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 130.01 known as the Solid Waste Depositing Fee Chapter of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 130.01.2 of the City Code. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. <br /> <br />Subsection 3 of Section 130.10.2 of the Ramsey City Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />AMOUNT OF FEE. The fee shall be $1.00 per cubic yard or its equivalent of all <br />solid waste accepted and disposed of at any facility for mixed municipal solid <br />waste located in the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
