ORDINANCE //90-12 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 130 WHICH IS KNOWN <br />LICENSING CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AS THE <br />RAMSEY, <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 130.05 OF THE <br />WHICH SECTION REGULATES THE SALE OF <br />INTOXICATING LIQUOR. <br /> <br />CITY CODE, <br />"ON-SALE" <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Section 130.0514 are amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1. No sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption on the licensed premises may be <br /> made: <br /> <br />between 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on the days of Monday through <br />Saturday; <br />after 1:00 a.m. Sundays, except as provided by Paragraph 2 below; <br />or <br />between 8:00 p.m. on December 24th and 8:00 a.m. on December <br />25th, except as provided by Paragraph 2 below. <br /> <br />Special Sunday "on-sale" liquor licenses. Hotels, restaurants, clubs, and <br />bowling centers (as per State law) having special Sunday "on-sale" liquor <br />licenses may serve alcoholic beverages in conjunction with the sale of food <br />between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. on Mondays provided the <br />licensee is in conformance with the Minnesota Clean Air Act, <br />notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 1 above. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication <br />according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.04. <br /> <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of l~amsey, MinjxeO~ 12th day of <br />June, 1990. <br /> <br /> ,, <br /> IClaydr ~.~ ~ <br />ATTE~ <br />City Administrator / <br /> <br />Introduction date: May 22, 1990 <br />Posting dates: May 22 - June 12, 1990 <br />Adoption date: June 12, 1990 <br />Publication date: June 15, 1990 <br />Effective date: July 15, 1990 <br /> <br /> <br />
