SECTION . /~MENDMENT Chapter 2 of the Oty Code is amended to read as follows: 5 .01 Council. 2.01.01 ~Meetings' i Subd. 1. Regular Meetings. Regular meetings of the City Council; shall be held on th~ s~ond and fourth Tuesdays of each calendar month at 7:30 P.M. Any regular meetings falling u~on a legal holiday shall be held on the next following business day at the same time and pla~"e. }All meetings shall be held at the Ramsey Municipal Center, the Ramsey Elementary S~ool or such other public location as designated by the City Council. Subd. 2. Special Meetings. Special meetings of the council may be called by the mayor ~ r a6y two members of the council by written notice filed with the City Clerk. Each *.r shall receive at least 24 hour notice of such meeting.
